All Knott, AL-KO, and Eco-Trailer ProDynamics supplied components are covered for 2 years. This includes axles, suspension systems, drawbars, couplings, braking components, hitch assemblies, and wheels, along with supplied lighting looms, connectors, and light units. These systems are selected and integrated to deliver reliable performance, durability, and consistent towing behaviour under load.
12 MONTHS
A 12-month warranty applies to floor and ramp boards, locks, hinges, handles, hitch locks, winches, battery systems, and associated ancillary components. These items are chosen for proven reliability and practical performance, while recognising their role as service and wear-related components.

Terms of use
There are no contracts to sign. Once your trailer has been paid for in full and delivery has taken place, the Eco-Trailer warranty becomes valid. Warranty applies to trailers purchased directly from Eco-Trailer. Trailers purchased privately may NOT be covered.
Any warranty-related issue must be notified to Eco-Trailer by email at [email protected]. We will then provide clear instructions on the next steps. Where necessary, we may request that the trailer is returned to our factory for inspection and, if applicable, repair or replacement of the affected component. Our factory address is listed on the Contact Us page of our website.
Eco-Trailer will assess each claim and retain the final decision on whether a component failure is covered under warranty or considered wear and tear. Individual components are warranted against manufacturing defects only.
Certain components supplied by third-party manufacturers — including Knott, AL-KO, Kenda & Ermax — are covered under their own manufacturer warranties and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Eco-Trailer does not control these warranties; however, we will always assist where possible to help resolve any issues efficiently.
